Job Role: As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a fast:paced FMCG production environment. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across a range of production and packaging machinery. The successful Maintenance Engineer will work to minimise downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Must be apprentice trained Strong electrical and/or mechanical maintenance background Experience working in a fast:paced manufacturing environment Ability to work permanent night shifts
Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
Experience with planned and reactive maintenance Strong fault:finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work on a range of automated machinery Good understanding of health and safety practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Requirements for the Maintenance Engineer
HNC qualified (or working towards) Previous experience within an FMCG environment Experience with PLC fault finding Continuous improvement experience
