Key Responsibilities
 * Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales advisors office‑based and remote colleagues.
 * Build strong relationships with existing customers while strategically targeting new business opportunities.
 * Work closely with senior leadership to identify and secure new commercial contracts.
 * Monitor pricing and margin performance, ensuring profitability targets are met.
 * Oversee stock and purchasing decisions in line with sales activity and market conditions.
 * Review monthly financial performance, analysing P&L metrics and addressing variances.
 * Set and track team KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews and appraisals.
 * Collaborate with HR and operations to maintain a high‑performing and motivated workforce.
About You
 * Proven track record in sales management or commercial leadership, ideally within a multi‑site or operationally complex environment.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence.
 * A strategic thinker who is also hands‑on and confident managing competing priorities.
 * Resilient, organised, and commercially astute with a focus on results.
 * A collaborative leader who can balance performance with people development.
