As a Store Maintenance Operative at Lidl, youll play a crucial role in the upkeep and improvement of our stores across your region. From groundwork repairs and plumbing to painting and decorating, this is the ideal role for a motivated jack-of-all-trades, who loves a bit of variety in their day-to-day.

What you'll do
* Carry out structural maintenance in both stores and warehouses
* Attend to general building and labouring work
* Put your decorating skills to good use, including painting and tiling
* Confidently carry out general plumbing duties
* Frequently use power tools
* Undertake PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) visits to store and work proactively to find and repair faults
What you'll need
* Experience in general maintenance work
* Strong numeracy skills
* Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
* Flexibility with regards to working hours as some evenings and weekends will be required
* Relevant qualifications are desirable (i.e. NVQ, BTEC)
