The Role
As a Credit Controller, you'll play a key role in managing client ledgers, chasing overdue debts, and maintaining strong debtor positions. You'll work closely with Client Managers and other departments, using your invoice finance experience to spot risks, resolve queries, and make sure clients always receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of client ledgers, chasing due and overdue debts.
2. Complete verification checks with accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Build strong relationships with debtors and clients to ensure smooth payment processes.
4. Resolve queries quickly, liaising with Client Managers and Relationship Managers when required.
5. Identify and record disputed invoices, ensuring they are escalated and resolved promptly.
