Key Responsibilities
* Greet all visitors and sign them in using the electronic system.
* Assign visitor badges and corresponding lanyard.
* Answer and transfer calls via the switchboard.
* Enter new starters on the MitreFinch system.
* Create new badges for new staff and replace damaged cards.
* Manage the diary for conference rooms and video conferencing.
* Screen phone calls.
* Keep the reception area clean and tidy.
* Perform administration duties for the engineering department (travel bookings, expenses, notes, etc.).
* Handle administrative duties for the Site Management department, including contractor management database.
Knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
