Job Description
An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Fitness Concierge to join the Spa & Wellness Department at Raffles London at the OWO.
Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming all guests within the spa and wellness department at Raffles London OWO.
The Fitness Concierge greets and checks in all spa guests and members, supports in booking one-to-ones, classes, and spa treatments, assists guests on the gym floor, and delivers small group exercise classes. Providing personalized attention, anticipating guest needs, and escorting guests within the spa are key responsibilities. Effective communication and engagement are essential for success. The role involves close collaboration with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Your specific responsibilities include:
1. Assist guests on the gym floor, demonstrating exercise techniques and proper use of equipment, and offering modifications as needed.
2. Design and deliver group exercise classes suitable for various fitness levels and goals.
3. Host guests and members, greeting them professionally, escorting them to facilities, and supporting other staff when needed.
4. Manage bookings for one-to-ones, classes, and treatments, ensuring smooth operations.
5. Encourage rebooking and correct bookings with care and urgency.
6. Handle transactions accurately and maintain daily financial records.
7. Be knowledgeable about all fitness, wellbeing services, and spa treatments.
8. Respond to guest and member concerns, comments, or complaints discreetly and promptly.
9. Maintain ambiance levels and ensure FOH areas are clean and organized.
10. Maintain confidentiality and report security concerns appropriately.

* Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification.
* Passion for wellness and experience in luxury health clubs/spas.
* Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering excellent service.
* Proven ability to perform under pressure with high service standards.
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities, maintaining a professional appearance.
* Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
