GMMH are seeking a Principal Clinical Psychologist with the passion, expertise, and leadership skills to shape the training experience of our trainee clinical psychologists.
We are recruiting a Principal Clinical Psychologist to work closely with the Chief Psychological Professions Officer and senior GMMH clinical psychologists to ensure high‑quality training, support, and development for GMMH‑employed trainee clinical psychologists.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, supportive team of senior clinical psychologists and administrative colleagues, acting as a practice educator and champion for clinical psychology training within the Trust.
We are looking for someone with strong clinical leadership experience, a solid understanding of clinical psychology training, and the confidence to guide and support trainees throughout their training journey.
The postholder will play a pivotal role in helping GMMH meet its responsibilities under the NHSE education agreement and in maintaining a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.
