We are looking for a Team Manager
To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cashiers & Accounts Payable team within the Revenues and Benefits service and wider Finance department
To support the teams with the development and promotion of electronic services and automation
Responsible for allocating work, monitoring performance and managing rotas
To manage 3rd party contractors and ensure cash flow into the Council is correctly governed

At least 3 days based in the Cashiers Office in Oldbury Council House with some homeworking
Do you have:
Experience of managing financial transactions including cash, cheques, BACS, processing invoices, daily balancing and controls
Experience of managing people & teams
Experience of managing 3rd party contracts ensuring services delivered within SLA
Experience of managing change within an organisation
A standard DBS is required for this role.
