We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our FinTech division. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our embedded payment processing product offering. You will work closely with engineering, design, customers, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, partners and travellers/guests. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payments landscape, a proven track record of launching successful payment products, and a passion for solving complex problems. This is a pivotal role for Mews as we enter the next phase of our high-growth journey. Our ideal candidate has a successful track record in payments or SaaS B2B technology companies. You'll receive high-level objectives from the leadership team and must figure out with your team how to accomplish those objectives using knowledge, data and experience. You are innately passionate about customers and how a product can help solve their biggest problems. It is important to be flexible to effectively cope with change, shift gears comfortably, and make decisions without always having the total picture. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Understand our customers’ and partners’ payment needs at a deep level and bring that knowledge back into the company to inform our product strategy Define and drive the roadmap for payment products, aligning with Mews’ strategic goals and customer needs with decisions rooted in data Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales) to deliver secure, user-friendly payment features. Ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2) and maintain high security standards. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and enhance payment experience Create and monitor product metrics, KPIs and leverage data to optimize payment solutions and drive continuous improvement. Work with peer PMs within the Fintech Division and with other divisions in Mews to drive successful product and feature delivery solving customer problems end-to-end. R eport on key product initiatives to the executives, product teams and other key stakeholders. Develop a product vision and strategy to build payment products that serve key customer segments across online, in-person and recurring payments use-cases ️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you: 5 years of product management experience, with 2 years in payment processing or fintech. Deep knowledge of payment systems including gateways, card networks, alternate/local payment methods, risk management and fraud prevention. Experience with APIs and integrating third-party payment solutions into SaaS platforms. Strong understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, PSD2, GDPR). Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven strategy development and decision-making You are comfortable balancing the tactical and strategic implications of product investments to deliver value to our customers, partners and to the company
