Our client, a long-established designer and manufacturer of high-quality power conversion and connectivity solutions, is continuing to grow its presence within the marine industry. We are seeking a proactive and organised Internal Sales Coordinator to support the marine sales team, helping to deliver excellent customer service and drive business growth across international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially aware individual with strong communication skills and fluency in at least one European language.
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting sales activity across the marine sector. Working closely with the Technical Sales and Engineering teams, you will manage customer enquiries, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry through to delivery. You will liaise with OEMs, distributors, and system integrators across Europe, providing product information and assisting with day-to-day sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries across the marine division
* Process sales orders, quotations, and manage customer accounts efficiently
* Provide product information and basic technical guidance on DC power and connectivity solutions
* Support the external sales team with administration, lead follow-up, and opportunity tracking
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners across Europe
* Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and supporting market development activities
* Support trade shows, exhibitions, and customer communications where required
