From onboarding and refresher sessions to designing learning modules and coaching individuals through Work-Based Diplomas, you'll be growing both skills and confidence across our farming community.You'll also: Lead Agri induction training with clarity and consistencyKeep records sharp, data current, and documentation audit-readyCollaborate with the Training Coordinator to smash training targetsEnsure site compliance with LMS (85%+), while lifting learning outcomes across the boardStay curious and informed, bringing the latest in agri best practices to your sessions?? What You Bring: 2+ years experience working with Farm live stockSharp knowledge of HSE, animal welfare, and statutory regsSuperb communication and training delivery skillsExperience with LMS platforms and training documentationOrganised, empathetic, proactive-and a true team playerFull UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as neededBonus points for: Level 3 Training Skills or A1 Assessor Qualification??
