VACANCY Assistant Greenkeeper Duxbury Park Golf Club, Chorley Would you like a job working in golf? Then we have got a fantastic opportunity, available to start January 2026. Located in Chorley, Duxbury Park Golf Course is much more than just a golf venue. We have an 18-hole golf course laid out over 120 acres of beautiful rolling Lancashire countryside and is regarded as one of the best public courses in the North West. We also have a clubhouse, 9-bay Top Tracer driving range, 12-hole adventure golf course with kids play area and walled garden areas. The Opportunity Reporting to the Head Greenkeeper, the assistant greenkeeper will work alongside the existing team of greenkeepers completing a variety of tasks to maintain the high standards of the golf course and estate for our customers You will be required to work annualised 40 hours per week, including some shift work and weekend rota. The Person The successful candidate will need to be flexible and reliable, possess good communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team Be physically fit, hard-working, punctual, and have a positive can-do attitude with a keen eye for detail Ability to work as part of the team and on your own Ability to operate golf course machinery safely Have a good understanding of Health and Safety practices What can Lex Leisure offer you?
