To be the key link between Drive and our Respiratory customers for any technical needs offering an on-site solution for repairs and product issues. To strengthen relationships with our customers, providing a regular on-site presence. Products will primarily be oxygen concentrators and suction machines. Full product demonstrations will be required to support our sales functions so a full understanding of the products from how they are used through to how they are built, repaired, and serviced is a must. The ideal candidate should reside within a daily commuting distance of the Drive DeVilbiss Service Centre in Halifax. However, the role necessitates regular nationwide travel within the UK and Ireland, including overnight stays, with possible overseas visits including Drive Devilbiss U.S. Main Activities/Responsibilities: Customer product training Create training videos/literature Nationwide travel and time away from home on a regular basis, all expenses paid Processing training documents and keep records up to date Perform field troubleshooting of Drive DeVilbiss Respiratory Products.
