Are you passionate about driving digital transformation in health and care? We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Digital Innovation and Transformation Team (DITT) as a Service Delivery Manager on a maternity cover basis. This is a pivotal role within the Integrated Care Board (ICB), offering the opportunity to shape digital strategy and delivery across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) ICS region and organisations.

Job Description Summary (Main duties and responsibilities)
* Leading the Digital Innovation & Transformation Team (DITT), holding 1:1s, stand-ups, and acting as escalation point. Represent ICS digital strategy at collaboratives, partnerships, boards, and working groups, providing expert input on the Digital Maturity Assessment (DMA) and ICS Digital Strategy Action Plan. Support the Digital Design Board and executive leadership with performance packs, governance, and programme planning aligned with system and national priorities.
* Develop business cases and options appraisals with Analysts and stakeholders. Engage with national programmes such as DMA and eRS, ensuring local alignment. Manage budgets, apply for funding, and support system bids. Drive service improvement by embedding best practice, defining future processes, and promoting innovation.
* Develop and implement policies supporting digital transformation, ensuring compliance with guidance and priorities. Build strong relationships across ICS, NHS England, DHSC, and local authorities, influencing outcomes through collaboration. Champion patient-centred digital services with public involvement. Lead commissioning and procurement in line with governance. Promote inclusive services that reflect diverse needs, upholding values and safeguarding.
