The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in Epsom as well as: Guildford, Crawley, Redhill & Horley.
The Role
1. UPVC Window Fitting & Multi Trade OR general multi trade works – Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting
2. Carpentry, Plumbing, Painting, Maintenance work
3. Receive & complete works via PDA device
4. Work safely in accordance with H&S
5. Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving
Skills & Experience
6. Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
7. Full UK Drivers License
8. Social Housing experience preferred
