Red Recruitment are recruiting multiple Hedge Cutter operatives, for our locally based client, for the upcoming growing season. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining high-standard outdoor spaces.
Start Date: 1st June 2026
Pay: £15.75 per hour
The Role:
* Covering various sites across Redditch and surrounding areas.
* Hedge trimming and shaping using petrol-driven trimmers.
* Some general grounds maintenance including strimming, weeding, and leaf clearance.
* Ensuring all green waste is disposed of and sites are left tidy.
* Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines, including nesting.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential for travel between sites.
* Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
* NPTC/LANTRA brush cutter or hedge trimmer certification (desirable).
