This role reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and partners with senior management within designated areas to develop and implement effective people solutions aligned with business strategies and people plans.
The role involves supporting functional leaders in recruiting, engaging, and developing talent, and building capabilities for both short- and long-term success.
What will you do?
1. Partner with senior management to provide high-quality HR support.
2. Implement the people agenda and operational requirements supporting the entire employee lifecycle, including:
* Developing focused people plans aligned with strategic priorities.
* Building talent pipelines and succession plans.
* Supporting business decision-making, performance management, and change initiatives.
* Developing high-performing teams through identifying development needs.
* Supporting engagement and communication activities.
* Leading change management efforts.
* Reviewing people analytics and insights.
* Making recommendations to address resource and operational challenges.
* Identifying workforce trends impacting goals.
* Managing complex employee relations cases, including TUPE.
* Interpreting workforce data to support business needs.
* Contributing to HR policies and procedures.
* Providing technical guidance to stakeholders.
* Ensuring compliance with data and information policies.
What are we looking for?
* Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or generalist in a fast-paced environment.
* CIPD Level 7 qualification or relevant specialization.
* Knowledge of talent development, engagement, organizational design, and performance management.
* Experience leading change management and organizational design projects.
* Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
* Experience with business planning and KPIs.
* Proactive and independent decision-making skills.
* Strong influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
* Customer-focused approach and team collaboration skills.
