Catering Supervisor
Grade 4, Point 5-6
22.5 hours per week, term time only. Hours of work 9:00am- 1.30pm everyday
Our school is committed to providing an excellent catering service. We are a successful school serving over 130 hot meals each day.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and experienced person who will assist in the continued development of this successful operation, who would be open to Personal Development.
* Candidates must be capable of developing and implementing a range of creative and innovative ideas to further our catering provision.
* Candidates must be willing to perform all duties set by the CMC Consultant/Business Manager and be flexible as hours may be altered to suit the service needs.
* You will be motivated by a passion for quality coupled with the highest standards in food production, presentation and service.
* You must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of practical cooking in a large-scale environment, budget management experience, excellent management skills and good IT skills.
* Effective communication skills with an emphasis on customer care are essential, as is the ability to work and lead a part of a team.
* The applicant must be able to prove a meticulous understanding of all Food Safety systems and IT skills are essential for this position as data inputting in included within the role.
