The role
We are recruiting for a high‑potential Spa Supervisor or current Assistant Manager with proven operational responsibility in a hotel spa setting, demonstrating readiness to step into a management role.
You will need to bring strong frontline leadership, commercial awareness, and a track record of supporting revenue‑driving activities and service excellence.
You will be:
* Already performing Assistant Manager‑level duties without the title
* Trusted to run shifts, oversee teams, and manage operations in absence of senior management
* Experienced in Hotel Spas (High Value)
You will have exposure to:
* Treatment revenue optimisation
* Upselling and package promotion
* Supervisory experience managing therapists and reception teams
* Staff performance issues
* Shift coordination
* Maintaining morale in busy periods
The next step is formal management responsibility, trusted with:
