Overview
Education Personnel are working with a primary school in Ripley to recruit a Primary Teacher for a full-time role starting January 2026. This Primary Teacher position is suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs seeking a full classroom role within a well-established school.
The school benefits from additional on-site facilities beyond standard classrooms, which are used regularly to support assemblies, whole-school activities, and curriculum delivery. These spaces allow lessons and events to take place in different settings across the school day and year. Primary Teachers are able to plan lessons and activities that make use of these areas where appropriate, adding variety to teaching and learning.
The school operates with clear expectations around planning, assessment, and behaviour. Year groups work collaboratively, shared resources are in place, and staff are supported through structured routines and consistent systems across the school.
