The Role
To strengthen our finance team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant based in Dundee.
This role will support the Management Accountant in the accurate processing, reconciliation, and maintenance of financial records. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of accounting documentation, helping to ensure financial data is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing and reconciling supplier invoices
- Preparing and posting departmental recharges
- Processing employee expenses and reimbursements
- Recording and reconciling cash receipts
- Reviewing and reconciling vendor statements
- Compiling financial information and checking for accuracy
- Maintaining accounting records in line with company procedures
About You
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Assistant or finance support role
- A basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
Role Details
Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 per year
