Job Purpose: The Momenta Inclusion Hub Lead will provide national leadership, coordination, and development of the Momenta 360 and Inclusion Hub services. This role will ensure that children and young people with SEND are effectively supported through evidence-based practice, high-quality training, and strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and sector organisations. The postholder will combine strategic oversight with operational delivery, ensuring the hubs drive continuous improvement in inclusive practice and demonstrate measurable impact across the UK. What you'll do: Strategic Leadership Lead the vision, strategy, and development of the Momenta Inclusion Hubs in alignment with organisational goals. Act as a subject matter expert in SEND and inclusion, providing advice and strategic support to internal teams and external partners. Monitor, evaluate, and report on hub performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. Programme & Partnership Development

Design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training, resources, and professional development programmes. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, education leaders, and sector partners. Promote and share evidence-based practice, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange across regions. Operational Delivery

Ensure all hub activities comply with statutory guidance and current SEND legislation. Produce reports, data summaries, and case studies to demonstrate impact and inform planning. Provide oversight of operational delivery, ensuring consistency and high standards across regions. Capacity Building & Advocacy

Support colleagues to embed inclusive practice across all areas of work. Champion the voice and lived experience of children and young people with SEND. Advocate for equitable access and inclusion in education at a national level. KPIs & SLAs

Delivery of agreed programme of Inclusion Hub activities nationally. Positive impact metrics from training, resources, and partnership initiatives. Evidence of improved inclusive practice across participating schools and services. High satisfaction ratings from stakeholders (schools, LAs, parents/carers). Timely and accurate reporting on Inclusion Hub impact to the Managing Director, Momenta Connect.Lead the vision, strategy, and development of the Momenta Inclusion Hubs in alignment with organisational goals. Act as a subject matter expert in SEND and inclusion, providing advice and strategic support to internal teams and external partners. Monitor, evaluate, and report on hub performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. What we're looking for: Essential Significant senior leadership experience within SEND, inclusion, or education. Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and national policy landscape. Proven track record in designing and delivering training and professional development. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and inspire. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver to deadlines. Willingness to travel nationally, including overnight stays. Desirable

Experience leading national or multi-regional programmes. Knowledge of SEND impact measurement and continuous improvement approaches. Familiarity with inclusive education research and frameworks.
