We're hiring Housekeeping Associates to join our team at Omni Facilities Management

Established in 1980, Omni Facilities Management is a leading provider of outsourced services to over 150 hotels across the UK, Netherlands, and South Africa. Employing over 4,000 people, we provide Housekeeping, Recruitment, Property, and Software Services to major hotel groups including InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton, Marriott, Redefine BDL Hotels, Raffles, Shangri-La, Ritz-Carlton, and Resorts World.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates for the position of Housekeeping Associate. Responsibilities include cleaning hotel bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas, ensuring sufficient linen availability for daily operations, and possibly completing additional cleaning tasks in the Back of House.

Shift Pattern:

Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation)

Desired profile:

* Experience in hotel Housekeeping
* Willingness to work
* Ability to work under pressure with strong organizational skills
* Confident, professional, and welcoming personality

Duties include:

Public Area Cleaner

* Clean designated public areas to required standards and deadlines
* Perform regular cleaning routines (task of the day)
* Vacuum, mop floors, and clean windows
* Dust and polish furniture, restock and clean equipment
* Replenish supplies like soap, toilet rolls, brochures
* Attend housekeeping meetings and follow instructions
* Manage keys responsibly
* Report health & safety hazards
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Additional duties may include:

Linen Porter

* Deliver and collect linen efficiently
* Maintain linen cupboards
* Keep service areas tidy
* Manage linen inventory and report damages
* Operate linen trolleys throughout the hotel

Room Attendant

* Clean hotel rooms to standards and deadlines
* Change linens and towels, make beds
* Perform dusting, polishing, bathroom cleaning
* Vacuum, mop floors
* Replenish guest supplies and minibar items
