We are currently recruiting for an Aftersales Manager to join the well-established and successful team at our dealership in Coventry.
Listers ŠKODA Coventry is one of the largest ŠKODA retailers in the UK. ŠKODA UK finished 2024 with a significant rise in UK registrations and a record-breaking four percent market share.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join our team as we continue to develop and ŠKODA UK aims to sustain its success.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with one in three Saturdays from 8:30am to 1pm.
Benefits include a company car and an OTE of up to £60,000.
Role and Responsibilities
Our goal is to exceed customer expectations in all aspects of our dealership. Customer care is paramount, and in this role, you will lead from the front to ensure our customers receive the best service experience.
* Accountable for workshop, service, and parts department staff; managing, coaching, and developing the team to reach their full potential.
* Planning, forecasting, and delivering sales targets.
* Growing workshop utilization and efficiency.
* Managing your own budget and driving the business forward.
* Collaborating with other department managers to enhance overall centre performance.
About You
* Ideally, you have experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Assistant Aftersales Manager, or an experienced Aftersales Manager.
* You possess the drive and talent to advance the department, achieving KPIs and brand standards.
* You have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* You demonstrate strong management and leadership skills, a winning mentality, and a passion for the brand.
* Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
