Global Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience Intern- 12 Months Placement Company: BUKL - UK St. James We are seeking an Intern - Global Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience to join our team and help shape the employee journey, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience from onboarding to career development and beyond. This role will contribute to creating a workplace that fosters engagement, satisfaction, and supports the cultural integration of our values and behaviors. Key Responsibilities: Support the Enterprise Culture, Engagement and Employee Experience team deliver programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Monitor employee engagement metrics and assist in analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Coordinate with key team members to help align priorities and key activities Assist in preparing reports on employee experience metrics, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements. Assist in designing and implementing action plans based on feedback and data to continuously improve the employee experience. Support the promotion of employee engagement through internal communication channels. Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent and transparent communication with employees regarding policies, programs, and initiatives. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS systems, and employee engagement tools. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Personal Attributes : Passionate about creating a positive and engaging employee experience. High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to listen, empathize, and support employees effectively. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Detail-oriented, with the ability to work on projects effectively and ensure timely completion. Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Not Applicable Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
