WeareseekinganexperiencedWaterConsultancyLeadtoestablishandgrowanewmultidisciplinarywaterdesigncapabilityintheSouthEast.Thisisaseniorleadershiprolewithfullresponsibilityforcreatingasatelliteoffice,buildingahigh-performingteam,anddeliveringhigh-qualitywaterindustrydesignservicesinlinewithstrategicbusinessobjectives.
Youwillplayakeyroleinshapingthefutureofthebusinessintheregion,combiningpeopleleadership,technicalgovernance,andoperationaldeliveryacrossregulatedwaterprojects.

1. EstablishandleadanewSouthEastsatelliteofficeforwaterconsultancyservices
2. Identify,attract,andrecruitlocalengineeringandmanagementtalent
3. Build,manage,anddevelopamultidisciplinarydesignteam,fosteringapositiveandhigh-performanceculture
4. Planandgrowtheteaminlinewithstrategicobjectivesandmanageorganisationalstructureandresourcing
5. EnsureallworkisdeliveredinaccordancewithESLdesignprocessesandprocedures
6. Overseeproductionoffullyintegrateddesigndeliverablesthatmeetsafety,quality,programme,andbudgetexpectations
7. Ensureappropriatestandards,bestpractice,andsoftwaretoolsareconsistentlyapplied
