As the Brand and Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various digital and traditional platforms. You will oversee the creation, management, and distribution of high-quality content that aligns with the various brands objectives as well as Sessions’ overall brand and resonates with the target audience. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation. ● Manage community management: Building and nurturing our brands across multiple channels and mediums including CRM Management ● Content Creation and Curation: Create compelling and relevant content across multiple channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, videos, photography and other mediums. ● Partner Platform Content: Ensure the ‘menus’ which are live on our delivery partner platform are correct, engaging and optimised at all times. ● Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing initiatives and events. ● Brand Identity Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communication channels. ● SEO and Analytics: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics and SEO data to optimise content strategy and drive improvements in engagement and conversion rates. ● Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, partner success, product, and sales, to coordinate content creation and ensure brand consistency. ● Partnerships and Influencer Management: Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and industry stakeholders to amplify brand reach and engagement. ● Budget Management: Manage the content marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact and ROI. ● Brand Monitoring: Monitor brand mentions, sentiment, and reputation across various channels, and develop strategies to address any issues or opportunities. ● Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and content marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics. ● Any other responsible task across Brand or Sessions. REQUIREMENTS: ● Significant experience in creating content - photography and videography ● Experience managing social media channels and ideally updating websites ● Highly organised ● Team player - willing to take on additional duties for the success of the teamcompany when required ● Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food ● Expert level of English language ● Right to work in the UK DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
