We are seeking an Apprentice Trainer for Higher Construction to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of the construction industry.
There is no classroom teaching responsibilities with this role, but you will be required to address groups of students and have a structured approach to providing clear and accurate instructions.
1. Assessing apprentices in Higher construction ( level 4 and above) in accordance with approved College standards and applicable validating/ moderating bodies, preparing assessment materials, schemes of work and assessment plans as required, supporting to develop and implementing the revised curriculum, undertaking quality assurance in collaboration with the other College staff as applicable, assessing students written and practical on- the job work, monitoring and reporting on their progress including writing regular reviews of students Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), recording, reporting and disseminating assessment grades and students results in liaison with other College delivery staff, parents, carers, employers and professional agencies as appropriate.
