About the Organisation:
A world-renowned arts institution is seeking an experienced General Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on a fractional basis. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and trustees to:
* Optimise external legal spend and manage risk during a transition away from a long-term advisor.
* Advise on employment matters (significant HR activity with a large seasonal workforce).
* Advise on day to day contractual and legal matters.
* Support on IP, data protection (DSARs), and governance issues.
* Help reduce reliance on external counsel and build a cost-effective legal framework.
