Role Overview Lead a team to success and deliver an excellent customer journey and satisfaction for the UK’s largest automotive service business.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance standards.
Drive business performance and achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
Provide coaching, in‑moment training and motivational support to staff.
Maintain health and safety compliance across the centre.

Skills and experience
Fantastic leadership and team management skills within automotive or similar industry
Delivered high customer satisfaction and effective management
Engaging, motivational, coaching‑based development approach with in‑moment training
Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
High sales turnover experience and KPI management
Excellent verbal and written communication
IT proficient, willing to learn in‑house systems
Good time management
Current valid driving licence
