About The Role
As our Sales Enablement Content Producer & Manager, you will be the vital link between enablement strategy and execution. You will transform complex information into compelling, brand‑aligned content that equips our sales teams with the tools they need to succeed in the competitive re‑insurance landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and design market‑specific sales enablement strategies aligned with marketing objectives to drive targeted client engagement in coordination with marketing managers and business stakeholders.
* Produce high‑quality content across various formats (slides, PDFs, visuals, infographics) based on structured briefs.
* Format and finalize content using brand‑approved templates and layout standards.
* Maintain and evolve branded templates ensuring proper structure, tagging, and accessibility.
* Track production progress and ensure timely delivery of assets meeting quality specifications.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage production timelines.
* Support intake workflows and contribute to improving content delivery processes.
* Maintain understanding of Business Unit services and marketing priorities for contextually aligned content.
* Identify opportunities for content reuse and support quality control across assets.
* Manage structure and version control of the marketing and sales enablement asset library.
* Monitor adoption and effectiveness of enablement tools, gathering feedback to continuously refine practices.
About The Team
You'll be joining the EMEA Marketing Services & Operations department within the Branding and Marketing Division. Our team is responsible for delivering marketing strategies and plans that support business growth, focusing on events, digital marketing and impactful content that enables Swiss Re to communicate our value proposition to clients.
About You
You're a detail‑oriented marketing professional who thrives in collaborative environments. You have a keen eye for copywriting, design and formatting while understanding the strategic importance of sales enablement for driving business results. You are comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously and delivering high‑quality assets under pressure.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Meet These Requirements
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing content production or sales enablement, preferably within the re‑insurance/finance industry.
* Strong knowledge of content marketing principles and asset lifecycle management.
* Experience in a sales enablement function.
* Proficiency in formatting, visual layout, and working with templates and brand guidelines.
* Experience working with internal marketing teams and external content vendors.
* Excellent written and oral English.
These Are Additional Nice To Haves
* Familiarity with content asset libraries and sales enablement platforms such as Seismic.
* Understanding of best practices for tagging, storage, and taxonomy.
* High attention to detail and consistency in formatting and file organization.
* Collaborative, delivery‑focused team player who thrives in a matrixed environment.
* Additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian or other.
* Global experience in marketing or content production.
Salary Information
For London, the base salary range for this position is between 52 000 GBP and 78 000 GBP for a full‑time role. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits.
