Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end ticketing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Handle reissues and refunds with exceptional attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
* Utilize New Distribution Capability (NDC) to optimize the booking experience.
* Apply knowledge of Low-Cost Carriers (LCC) in ticketing and booking procedures.
* Leverage abilities with various Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to provide seamless travel solutions.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a travel agency or similar role, preferably as a Senior Travel Executive.
* Strong knowledge of ticketing, reissue, refunds, NDC, LCC, and GDS.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and partners effectively.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work with at least 2 GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre).
