The Diabolical Gift People are a UK-based wholesale and retail brand specialising in novelty gifts that are funny, cheeky, and sometimes a little outrageous. From parody mint pill packs to rude stress toys, we design products to make people laugh - and sell fast.
What Youll Do
* Create fun, scroll-stopping content for TikTok and Instagram, including regular posts and short-form videos.
* Be comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand’s cheeky tone.
* Upload and manage products across our e-commerce sites, including Squarespace and WordPress, ensuring listings are accurate and on-brand.
* Manage and grow our TikTok Shop, including product uploads, pricing, promotions, and content-led selling.
* Liaise with influencers, coordinating gifted collaborations and content.
* Create and schedule email campaigns for both retail customers and wholesale buyers.
* Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal activity through email marketing.
Additional Responsibilities
* Creating marketing materials for trade shows e.g. banners, posters, etc.
* Optimise Amazon listings and create A+ Content that clearly showcases products (training can be provided).
* Keep up with trends, formats, and social platform changes to keep content fresh and relevant.
đź‘€ What Were Looking For
* 1+ year social media marketing experience (preferred)
* Experience managing or supporting e-commerce platforms including TikTok Shop, Squarespace, and WordPress.
* A good sense of humour - our products aren’t subtle, we are not a boring team!
* Some experience with Amazon listings or A+ Content (UK market preferred).
* Experience on B2C and B2B platforms (TikTok Shop, Wordpress, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Faire Wholesale).
* An understanding of SEO.
* A background in gifting/novelty products.
* A genuinely fun team where humour and creativity are encouraged (and expected).
* Freedom to test ideas, experiment with content, and actually be creative - not boxed in by red tape.

* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an extended break from just before Christmas through to the New Year.
