As a Revit Technician (MEP), you will …
Produce high-quality 3D MEP models using Revit across multiple project stages.
Support the production and coordination of mechanical and electrical building services models and drawings.
Carry out clash detection and coordination using Revit and Navisworks, working closely with engineers and external design teams.
Assist with model audits, coordination reviews and issue resolution to ensure design compliance and buildability.
Contribute to BIM deliverables in line with project requirements, standards and best practice.
Support the preparation of information for design reviews, construction and handover.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, contractors and other consultants.
Comply with Brookbanks QA procedures and support continuous improvement of BIM processes.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Revit Technician within an MEP or building services environment.
Strong Revit skills with experience in 3D modelling and production of coordinated MEP models.
Experience of clash detection and technical coordination.
COBie experience is desirable, or at least a solid understanding of COBie requirements and data workflows.
Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows and collaborative working.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
