We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Commissioning Portfolio Lead in a full-time permanent position.
The role of the Commissioning Portfolio Lead – Ageing Well involves working alongside the health colleagues, social care operational teams and providers who deliver services.
The post holder will lead on all aspects of commissioning and project management including planning, implementation, co-production, governance, performance management and evaluation. An excellent addition to our team, you will be able to develop strong partnership working with internal and external stakeholders and be passionate about health and wellbeing of residents.

What we are looking for :
10. A degree level or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience commensurate with this role
11. A qualification in project management
12. Considerable professional experience within social care, public health or the early intervention and prevention sector
13. Experience of working within a political environment
14. An understanding of all stages of the commissioning cycle
15. Experience of working within multi agency and complex service areas
16. A working knowledge of the Care Act
17. Excellent communication skills including: written, oral and presentation skills
18. The ability to develop good working relationships across the organization and partners
19. Have a flexible and personal resilience approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
20. Must hold a valid driving license
