About the Role
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will take the lead in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling of raw materials, finished goods, and everything in between. Reporting directly to senior management, this is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and develop a small team of 2 stores personnel.
2. Coordinate goods-in, stock issuing, returns, and dispatch activities.
3. Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
