Maintenance Manager / Lead Engineer (Electrical Bias)

The Role
* Lead and support a small team of 2 engineers.
* 70/30 split – electrically biased, hands‑on role.
* Maintain and troubleshoot sensors, relays, drives, single‑phase and three‑phase motors, and food production machinery.
* Drive reliability and continuous improvement across the site.
Requirements
* Electrical qualifications (essential).
* Food/FMCG manufacturing background (essential).
* Strong fault‑finding and maintenance experience.
* Comfortable leading a small team while remaining hands‑on.
Training & Progression
* Some training provided.
* Limited progression structure currently, but opportunity to shape the role.
Package
* Salary: £49,000 - £52,000.
* Hours: 7am - 4pm (flexibility required).
* Shift Pattern: Days only.
* Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays.
* Pension: NEST scheme.
* Healthcare: Available after 1 year.
* Overtime/Shift Allowance: None.
