Job Title: Car Panel Beater
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Panel Beater to join our Accident Repair Centre team. As a Car Panel Beater, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
* Inspecting vehicles to assess the extent of damage
* Repairing or replacing damaged panels, frames, and other structural parts
* Using body filler and other materials to repair minor dents and scratches
* Removing and replacing damaged mechanical and electrical components as necessary
* Realigning frames and chassis to manufacturer specifications
* Preparing repaired vehicles for painting
* Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with manufacturer specifications
* Keeping work area clean and tidy
* Maintaining equipment and tools
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Car Panel Beater in an Accident Repair Centre or similar environment
* Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and processes
* Ability to use a range of hand and power tools
* Attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Experience with welding equipment and techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
* A valid driving licence
