We’re hiring an FP&A Manager to turn data into insight and drive smarter, faster decision-making across the business.
What You’ll Do
* Build financial models for forecasting & planning
* Analyse performance, unit economics & profitability
* Deliver insights to leadership and board
* Partner with teams to guide strategy
* Track KPIs and explain variances
* Improve systems, reporting, and automation
What You Bring
* CIMA (or equivalent), 5+ years PQE
* Financial services, fintech, or similar background
* Strong modelling, forecasting & analysis skills
* Experience with Tableau or Looker
* Clear communicator with sharp commercial insight
* NetSuite (nice to have), interest in crypto (bonus)
