Job Description:
Station Villa is looking for an experienced manager to join their team.
You will have strong people management skills and a keen desire to promote the independence of your residents.
If you have a keen interest in supporting people to live their best lives, this could be the job for you.
Core Responsibilities
* Ensure residents are supported in terms of care and person-centered planning needs while promoting maximum independence.
* Manage all aspects of people management within the home including staffing levels, supervisions, PDDs, according to company policies. Submit pay information to payroll.
* Ensure the home operates according to registration status, legal requirements, and complies with health and safety legislation.
* Promote the home’s services within professional circles and build relationships with external bodies such as social services, GPs, and other providers to ensure quality care.
* Act as Infection Control Lead for the home.
* Maintain the physical environment of the home to ensure it is well maintained and presentable.
* Achieve occupancy targets and work within KPIs and budgets.
