Salary: £30,000-£45,000 + Bonus
Location: Kendal Office (Flexible/Hybrid Working Options)
Contract: Permanent Full-time or Part-time considered

We are seeking a skilled Divorce & Family Lawyer to join a friendly and well-regarded Family Law team in Kendal. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your voice is heard, your development is valued, and you can make a real difference for your clients.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing a varied caseload including divorce, financial remedy, and private law children matters.
Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients during challenging times.
Representing clients in negotiations and, where necessary, court proceedings.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
Demonstrating commercial awareness through accurate time recording, timely billing, and proactive credit control.
Supporting the growth of the department and helping attract new clients.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
About You
2+ years PQE in family law, focusing on divorce and finance.
Strong client-care skills with a sensitive and professional approach.
Confident in managing your own caseload independently.
Flexible to travel to other offices or client meetings when required.
Resolution membership or working towards it is desirable but not essential.
