PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to Join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in the East Midlands and will involve work within Residential groundworks Projects. Quantity Surveyor Roles and Responsibilities Negotiate terms and conditions of subcontracts. Process payments for specialist subcontracts and key suppliers. Perform the closeout process, ensuring all contract terms are met and payments are verified. Work with the project team to evaluate the impact of budget changes. Review and validate weekly cost monitors, comparing forecasted costs with actual costs.
