As the successful Assembly Supervisor, you will be supervising assembly teams to ensure products are assembled safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. What We Require: Previous supervisory experience within assembly or manufacturing operations. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow management. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong organisational and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving ability. Strong focus on quality, safety and team performance.
