Location: Sutton Position: Behaviour Mentor Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner) Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only Pay: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience) Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in their lives? We are always on the lookout for exceptional Behaviour Mentors to work across our fantastic network of schools in Sutton and the surrounding areas. The Role: You'll be working closely with students who need additional behavioural, emotional, or social support - helping them stay engaged in their learning and develop positive relationships. Whether it's one-to-one mentoring, small group interventions, or in-class support, your impact will be invaluable to both the students and wider school community. What We're Looking For: Experience working with children or young people in a school, youth work, or similar setting A calm, confident and empathetic approach Strong behaviour management skills A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable or at-risk students Ability to build rapport and maintain positive boundaries Desirable (but not essential): Team Teach or other de-escalation training Background in psychology, youth work, or SEN support Previous experience in a Behaviour Mentor role Why Work With Us?
