Salary: £130 - £150 Per day
Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure the continuity of learning
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Provide feedback to students and school staff on student progress
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and methods
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Thorough understanding of the UK National Curriculum
* Strong classroom management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or other relevant areas
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school environment with exposure to classroom settings and varying student needs
* Full-time hours with occasional participation in school events and extracurricular activities
* Contractual obligations to adhere to school policies and procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
