About the role
This role involves working within the fleet team administration, maintaining training records, ensuring compliance with Driver Training including drivers CPC, and other administrative duties within the team.
* Ensure fleet compliance with legal legislation
* Support with purchase orders and administrative duties
* Communicate and implement company policies
* Maintain CPC driver training compliance
* Assist in achieving operational standards and KPIs
* Manage driver inductions, training, and qualifications
* Distribute training materials and update records
* Organize inductions for new employees
* Support the Fleet Admin Manager and undertake additional duties as required
* Attend training and meetings as needed
* Adhere to Health & Safety policies and report concerns
The ideal candidate will have:
* Full computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
* Experience in administration, preferably in a similar role
* Strong organizational skills
* Effective communication skills verbally and in writing
