We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties
* Administration: general office duties to include:
* word processing/typing
* printing/copying
* filing/maintenance of records
* data entry
* maintaining stock levels
* receive telephone calls and take messages
* welcoming visitors
* Tasks relating to payroll and employee contracts
* Tasks relating to invoicing clients
* Tasks relating to the reconciling of accounts
* Tasks relating to human resources and recruitment
* Tasks relating to health and safety assessments
* Planning and executing company events
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an office or administrative role is essential.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with diverse audiences.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Experience in human resources functions is a plus.
