Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a legal support assistant within our Personal Injury Department based in Telford. Youll be working as part of a busy team, providing assistance and support to our lawyers as they deliver high‑quality legal advice and assistance to clients on a range of personal injury claims.
Responsibilities
* Make new client appointments and manage client contact.
* Diary management.
* Preparation of statements and assistance with investigations.
* Development of schedules of loss.
* Typing of correspondence and use of case management systems.
* Preparation of reports and amendment of documents.
Qualifications
* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
* Intelligent and dynamic worker able to prioritise urgent work.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous experience in a legal environment preferred.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
