Our Social Support Game-changers will be immersed in virtual reality worlds, aiming to enhance seamless VR experiences.
* Location: Permanently site based, at our Belfast VR Hub (BT1 3NR).
* Hours: 40 hours paid production scheduled between 6am - 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
* Salary: £28,017.60 per annum + additional perks and company benefits to help support your unique lifestyle.
* Must be fluent in English and German (B2 CEFR level)
What you will do in this role
Our team connects and engages with users on a global scale, via a range of communication channels including Social Media, chat platforms and voice to provide support on an array of innovative VR technologies and products.
Working as part of a dynamic, team-focused environment, you will help drive User satisfaction by:
* Provide a ‘white glove’ experience, to customers via phone / online forums, social media platforms and product review platforms.
* Owning and resolving issues for customers using the tools and resources provided.
* Deliver assistance in an engaging manner - supporting customers at all experience levels
* Provide professional responses to user comments and questions and resolution of problems and issues
* Truly become an ambassador of the Client and their products, by embracing culture and tone of voice, within every social interaction delivered.
* Help identify opportunities to reduce customer effort and drive User satisfaction.
* Identify and understand customer pain-points, at the earliest opportunity.
* Monitor forum channels; reviewing, identifying issues or concerns and escalating/actioning situations as appropriate.
* Actively contribute to a knowledge base of resolution.
* Providing engagement activity support and overall community management services.
* Continually monitor activity and interpret posts correctly, ensuring that responses are tailored according to the client and their products’ brand personality, answering all questions posed fully and accurately.
* Create and promote engaging responses that encourage participation
* Develop user-generated content to ensure that the online community is achieving its goals.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
o Have professional experience or an in-depth understanding of social media support
o Fluent in English and German (B2 CEFR level)
o Have the availability to work 5 days per week, between 6am - 7pm
o Typing speed 55 WPM and accuracy of 95%
o Experience or interest in virtual reality gaming is desirable
