Dalkia Engineering is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our talented and dynamic team in Manchester or based at our Stockton-on-Tees office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our business success by supporting the creation and preparation of bids and proposals, including expressions of interest, capability documents, pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, and fee proposals. This position offers broad exposure across a variety of projects and stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to develop a wider skill set and influence multiple areas of the business.
Who We’re Looking For
1. Experience in the construction or engineering industry in a similar role (essential)
2. Basic understanding of the construction procurement process (essential)
3. Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office, and able to learn new software as needed.
4. Able to manage time and organise tasks effectively.
5. Able to work independently and meet deadlines, with flexibility in working approaches to suit individual working styles.
6. Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging with colleagues and external contacts.
7. GCSE (or ‘O’ Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English, or a recognised equivalent qualification.
